Yarnbird Studio Ice Dyed Double Sock Blank Brown Peach

From Yarnbird Studio, the in-house dye studio of Knit Stitch, these double yarn sock blanks are a fun change for sock knitters. The blank is double strands that are "knit" together. You can knit matching two at a time socks directly from the blank, or you can wind each strand into its own ball if you're more of an individualist sock knitter. The yarn from the blank will be a bit crinkly, but once knit again the stitches smooth out beautifully.

These blanks were ice dyed then steam set, so each one is a one of a kind colour way. The fun is in how the colours mixed and merged to create gorgeous original applications.

If socks aren't your thing, you can also use this lovely yarn for shawls, baby sweaters, hats... or really anything fun that uses a fingering weight yarn.
