If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch as soon as you can and every effort will be made to sort it out. You can email email@example.com or call the shop during regular hours (519) 601-7024.
Knit Stitch will accept returns (excluding shipping) within 60 days of the original purchase (during COVID lockdown this will be adjusted!) as long as the brand of yarn is still carried by the shop. Items must be in their original state in new condition.
Knit Stitch reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds on items returned that don't meet these conditions.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and customers local to London can drop by the shop to discuss a return in person.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
