Laine Saint-Pierre Darning or Embroidery Thread

This mending thread from the French Company Sajou, comes in a gorgeous range of colours and can also be used for embroidery. It's a hardy blend of wool and polyamide so it's a great choice for mending socks but you can also knit a few strands into your toes or heels for a little extra strength.  You can match the colour or choose a vibrant contrast for some visible mending. It can be separated into four strands and comes on a lovely wound card which makes it real easy to store away for another day.
